What if my flight is delayed?
We monitor the flight listed in your reservation and adjust your airport pickup when updated flight information is available. If your flight changes, please let us know as soon as possible.
What if our group arrives on different flights?

Can we request child seats?
Yes, with advance request. Availability should be confirmed with our team before travel.
Can we make a grocery stop?

How will I find my driver at SJD?
Your confirmation includes the meeting instructions for your terminal. After immigration, baggage claim and customs, continue past the timeshare area and follow the CGS meeting instructions provided for your arrival.
How far in advance should I book?
